This project was a full scale business transformation project for a major oil company, in which the organization, customers, processes, and people were impacted.  The project involved IT integration as well as business integration strategies, as business and customers sensitivities were delicately managed.  Because of the level of customer interface and interaction involved, a great level of detail, project planning, and employee engagement was employed to drive successful execution.

Route to Market Expansion - Distributor/Channel Partner Strategy

The route to market expansion project involved a complete route to market review to determine both the direct and distributor sales route to market strategies for the Americas region.  Project involved upfront market research, competitive analysis and benchmarketing, pricing strategy development, partner selection process creation, and the formulation of business planning tools for distributors.  The development of channel partner offers, trade investments, and supply chain distribution was a key part of the sucessful strategy execution.
